Overview

Mohana HR Futuristics (MHRF) is a boutique HR consulting and training firm based in Thane, Maharashtra, combining consulting, coaching, and learning & development services to help organisations strengthen their people processes. As their programs scaled, MHRF needed purpose-built digital tools to bring structure and engagement to their flagship offerings. They partnered with PEEPUL to design and build two dedicated platforms, a Coaching Tool and a Gamification App, to digitise and elevate their core service delivery.

Our Approach

PEEPUL took a product-first approach, working closely with the MHRF team to deeply understand their methodology before designing digital solutions that felt native to their way of working. We delivered two distinct yet complementary platforms, each purpose-built for a core offering.

Workstream 1 - Coaching Tool Platform

We designed and built a dedicated digital platform to support MHRF’s coaching programs, giving both facilitators and participants a structured, trackable environment for every coaching interaction.

  • Structured session management, facilitators can plan, schedule, and document coaching sessions end-to-end.
  • Participant progress tracking with milestone dashboards to visualise growth across coaching journeys.
